2. What is CNC machining center working for？
Processing center is a kind of processing equipment widely used in manufacturing industry, many manufacturing industries can not work without the processing center.
CNC machining center mainly do some precision parts processing, and can achieve multi-axis linkage processing.

3. How many types of CNC machine center
There are many kinds of machining centers, which can be divided into different types according to different classification methods:
A. Based on the state of the spindle in space
(1) Vertical machining center: the spindle of the machining center is in a vertical state.
(2) Horizontal machining center: the spindle is in a horizontal state.
(3) Vertical and horizontal machining center: spindle can be conversion as vertical and horizontal, also known as five axis machining center, composite machining center.
B. According to the number of Spindles of processing center.
It can be divided into single spindle machining center and double spindles(gantry type) machining center.
C. Based on the number of machining center movement coordinates and the number of coordinates controlled at the same time
It can be divided into three axis two linkage, three axis three linkage, four axis three linkage, five axis four linkage, six axis five linkage, etc.
Three axis, four axis refers to the machining center has the number of motion coordinates, linkage refers to the control system can control the number of coordinates of motion at the same time, so as to realize the position and speed control of the tool relative to the workpiece.
D.Based on the number and function of the workbench
There are three kinds of single table machining center, double table machining center and multi-table machining center.
5. Based on the machining accuracy
(1) Common machining center: resolution of 1μm, the maximum feed speed of 15~25m/min, positioning accuracy of IOμm or so.
(2) High precision machining center: resolution is 0.1μm, the maximum feed speed is 15 ~ 100m/min, positioning accuracy is about 2μm.
